各位大大好^^如標題,希望各位能夠給我ㄧ些相關拳擊的知識!本人目前約15歲,身高170,體重53公斤,約在ㄧ年前就有在舉啞鈴和伏地挺身以及仰臥起坐還有慢跑的習慣了,啞鈴8磅,每次約舉40分鐘(每個禮拜3~4次),仰臥起坐伏地挺身大約每天各50下,慢跑則是每禮拜約15公里,以上是基本的體能訓練。而
