請問想增強體力,但是膝蓋不能跑步 - 跑步

由於過去過度跑步(每天跑20圈)導致我現在膝蓋容易刺痛,檢查後卻找不到病因給中醫師看她說是半月軟骨磨損西醫卻說沒事只是姿勢不正確現在想要增強體能想說每隔一天(135)五圈操場246日則是仰臥起坐50下伏地挺身35下請問這樣的方法可以嗎?
