健身大約3個月左右,也稍有成就!不過左右手力氣差很多,右手力氣比較大,約差了快2倍。在拉單槓和伏地挺身時變成施力點都變到右手了,導致右手肌肉酸軟痛的負擔比較大,不知道有什麼方法可以改善?除了加強左手訓練外...肌肉,肌腱,筋,會酸軟痛是否正常現象呢?仰臥起坐腰也會酸痛是否也正常呢?健��
