想請問一下常健身的大大們我家有一台重量訓練機多功能的有擴胸.二頭肌訓練...好幾種還有健腹輪.啞玲.跑步機我每次都先去跑步機跑個30分鐘再舉啞玲舉個幾十下然後再使用健腹輪也是做個幾十下再上重量訓練機擴胸.單槓...之類的運動然後等個30分鐘去沖個溫水澡請問我的順序需要改變嗎還是這幾些��
