我最近開始上健身房這幾天去做一些器材推個10幾下手就痠了沒力了這樣正常嗎?!誰能給個建議像是一三五腹肌腿二四六肩膀胸肌一星期跑步機的分量及時間還有我想要藉由訓練腿部來提升我的彈性及爆發力該如何在健身房改善呢?!
