我身高178體重75練復肌也有一段時間斷斷續續的我想在9/1號前把腹肌練出來我之前有練我原地跳看的到腹肌如果沒跳的時候就看不到覺得腹肌被肚子包住了...由於工作的關係我一個禮拜只有一天放假那天我都會去游泳+健身平常在家裡我會做伏力挺身還有買一個做仰臥體做最近又買了滾輪平常也有在跳繩�
