請有再健身或專業人士能建議一下我本身是有在健身,健身的部位:二頭肌、前三角肌、後三角肌、小腿肌、大腿肌、胸大肌、背肌。我都是在學校的重量訓練室練因本身之前事拳擊隊的,教練都叫我們每個器材都做15下(以上訓練部位)然後三循環我想請問一下這樣的訓練有幫助嗎?那我一個禮拜是練3次,
