請教各位健身達人,小弟再高中時就有鍛鍊自己身體,直到現在,伏地挺身50下,拉單槓10下(手背面向臉),一天只做一次,可是怎感覺做的越久,也沒有變的越來越輕鬆,拿伏地挺身來說,30下之後都是用ㄍ一ㄥ的,4X左右,下去上來時,手就會抖了,單槓也是,10下拉完,想在挑戰第11下就ㄍ一ㄥ不上��
