我是女生,身體弱(容易緊張,bmi值不到16)動作或反應都比一般人慢很多想習武來健身1.請問像我這樣的情形適合什麼樣的武術2.合氣道、跆拳、柔道、空手道又有什麼不同我很喜歡刀箭武器之類的現在住台南市南區,請有經驗的人推薦
