一到下午小腿腫脹 - 健身

以前都不會這樣不知道是季節變換還是怎樣一到下午小腿就開始腫脹都要靠睡前抬腿拉筋按摩早上起來才比較不會腫因為都要上課整天都坐著晚上又去補習會坐到十點整天就是坐著所以下午就又開始腫脹坐著有什麼簡易拉筋法比較不會讓小腿這麼腫?大腿的粗細是正常但小腿就大出一倍的粗細給點意見摟
