我接觸健身有一段時間了,但我聽別人說練健身一公斤需要1~1.5克的蛋白質,但是營養品太貴,所以我想說用雞蛋和雞胸肉來代替。我現在從早上起床開始就平均一小時吃一顆雞蛋,一天大約吃了10顆,我知道雞蛋有膽固醇,所以我只吃雞蛋白,蛋黃就不吃了,我想請教一下,這樣的吃法對身體會不會有
