我現在身高180體重74但似乎發現胖都是胖到肚子跟腿的部分手臂感覺都沒得到養分一樣都粗不起來肚子也有胖胖紋的痕跡=="請問這種情況需要注意什麼嗎該怎麼鍛鍊.飲食才正確呢?(希望能把肚子的肥肉練成肌肉.手臂也能粗點有肌肉)請各位大大幫我解答一下^^"謝謝
