3年前開始不管什麼時候都可能開始打類似飽嗝的嗝...(無論早中晚、飯前或飯後、起床睡前都可能發生)我睡眠正常飲食比一般人清淡(因為家族遺傳我年紀輕但膽固醇過高)起初很擔心因為如果我有心的話可以打5-10分鐘(就是空嗝也沒有食物的異味)看過中醫西醫都說無異常現在久了也習慣了只是有時後睡��
