重量訓練後拉筋???? - 健身

我今年高一平常有去加州健身房做重量訓練通常是做一天休兩天我都會先跑划步機調成脂肪燃燒划20分再做重量訓練而我想問的是每個部位做完一組馬上拉筋<三頭肌15下/組做完馬上拉拉完繼續做>??還是要全身都訓練完之後再做伸展???這問題困擾我很久了所以提出來奉上20點請專業人士為我解答...Showm
