我現在高二有上健身房身高170體重75肉肉的==.....希望可以練壯一點尤其是腕力跟臂力在健身房要特別用哪幾種器材才能達到我要練的嗎???還有光重量訓練可以增加力量嗎?大概需要調多重力量才會變大?爆發力才會變大?我幾乎都是假日才會去但如果需要每天都練的話我可以早上爬起來先去然後再去上課....
