我身高155,4319歲了,男大概長不高了..我上半身很瘦弱..手腕圍只有14cm肩膀寬只有40cm下半身卻很壯(小學踢足球踢太多吧..)骨盆和屁股也很寬很大從背面看起來像女生...(因為呈三角,非倒三角)臀圍有33吋左右要如何把上半身練寬練壯?(「尤其」是背、肩膀跟腰)我胸肌很壯,但是不寬...靠近腋下的那邊比較厚..�
