我是健身房的會員接了新工作時間早上十點到晚上九點現在根本找不到一個好時間運動白天曾想七點多去但卻起不了床晚上下了班去又因為不知是否劇烈運動作(我希望做有有氧量高的運動)結果精神亢奮到三點多才想睡隔天睡眠不足很累如今已經一個多月沒上健康房了我又想減肥知道單靠節食沒用要配��
