我有再做重力訓練但時間僅一天1小時半內容主要就是慢跑(用跑步機)而且有設定斜度(大約10%)持續20~30分鐘(中間休息五分鐘)上半身則是練手臂的部份(包刮三角肌,三頭肌,二頭肌)持續1小時重點來了我是吃不胖體質高三了178/60而已我想增重到70...Q1.這樣的訓練時間會不會太短?Q2.我都是練5天,週末休息(但一��
