運動不是要做到30分鐘才會消化脂肪可是什麼運動可以讓我持續做到30分鐘?如果要我一直跳繩跳30分鐘 我會虛脫= =慢跑或跑步都是 如果讓我跑30分鐘 我會瘋掉ˊˋ散步的話 好像沒那麼有效的樣子~ ~
