仰臥起坐是要連續一直做還是中間可以休息幾秒鐘在繼續阿??還有就是阿我穿學校的運動褲阿都會往下拉一點點(大概拉到骨頭下面一點點吧)然後肚肚那邊就會有一點點的小肥肉跑出來這是不是就算小腹?有什麼方法可以讓小腹快點消下去阿?謝謝...Showmore
