我之前深信仰臥起坐可以~瘦腰~我這很努力~早上50下中午50下~晚上50下~結果變虎背熊腰~作完運動肚子餓~~有點像日本的摔角選手的圓圓的肚子~~最近我發現跑步的人都瘦瘦的~沒有胖的.............沒有人相信我能做50下標準的仰臥起坐~這要怎辦~目標一次100下....
