我一個高一生體能中中百米測速13.x一分鐘仰臥起坐37下八百公尺8分快9分我該如何提升體適能==?誰可以給我比較好的方法呢?我想提升手臂和腿部力量~因為一些需要~可是我怕胡亂練習會適得其反!誰能教我如何鍛鍊?感激不盡喔!
