我現在國二我身高167體重77787980左右太肥了一點==請問健身可以減肥嘛還是只是練出肌肉肥油還會在?我目前想練腹肌胸肌小腿肌肉手臂的肌肉就是二頭肌那附近我只能在家跟去國小請問我該怎麼練?我睡前都會喝一小杯水然後伏地挺身20下仰臥起坐20下這樣能練到嘛?請大大幫我解答吧15點雖然不是很多但是
