小弟每天晚上都作伏力挺身30下一次做完也都有撐起來再下去之後休息3~5分鐘練舉重4kg1邊120下在休息5~10分鐘再練30下伏力挺身可是每天這樣練總覺得一天比一天還要累是體力不支還是什麼?(小弟蠻瘦的想說瘦就算了至少要有力!)什麼時候可以增加伏力挺身次數?還有上面的作完會休息一下再作交互蹲跳(蹲�
