請問各位大大因為我想增強我的力氣所以我以伏地挺身的方式來訓練請問我在做伏地挺身之前我要做哪些暖身運動?我伏地挺身的方式是雙手彎下去時與身體成平行每天十下但我發現每次做完伏地挺身兩隻手臂都超痠的(這是我姿勢不正確的問題嗎?或是其他...?)希望大大可以許多有關伏地挺身的知識
