我重量訓練已有幾個月了每週約4~5次一次大概都是開合跳120下握推50磅15下擴胸80磅12下仰臥起坐30+起腳40(或是改做伏地挺身!!???)我現在是183公分81公斤請問需要加強哪些方面or增加哪些磅數我想消耗多一點熱量and增加肌力(單槓拉不上去><伏地挺身免強可以15~20)在打球時似乎也因為太重而無法發揮最大�
