想請問各位高手我每次做伏地挺身最多15~20個每天做還是一樣仰臥起坐也是大概20~30個休息10~15分鐘要做到下一個循環的第2~5下就掛點了總覺得肌耐力都不夠有沒有甚麼訓練方式可以讓我更持續??如果有圖案更好!!
