請問我現在暑假開始練身體因為太瘦所以想練壯一點然後我一天會在家做50下伏地挺身50下仰臥起坐100下啞鈴(左右手各50下)將啞鈴往上舉30下(我覺得道理跟舉重一樣==)拜託各位有健身經驗的大大告訴我這樣做對不對?如果不對該怎麼調整?...Showmore
