小弟想請問:我目前是高中生,讀夜校晚上在值大夜班,現在想開始減肥了,因為體重已經達到了92這個高數字了!!我身高180,所以想要減肥,有去查過了想請教幾個問題~1.有去查過,運動後2~3個小時不要睡眠,會傷身體!請問是這樣嗎?2.還有睡前不要吃東西比較好,我的大大疑問來了小弟是早上8點下班,
