一天的量?除了仰臥起坐,瘦小腹還能做什麼運動? 我是大象腿(大腿跟小腿差不多粗的啦!)很粗骨架也大 遺傳我媽==該做什麼運動呢?怎樣才能把屁股縮小?蝴蝶袖呢???多喝水可加速身體燃燒熱量嗎?(會水腫嗎?)還是多喝無糖綠比較有效???我想要運動瘦身啦!!!
