做仰臥起坐時會用脖子出力 - 運動

最近想要訓練一下我腹部的肌肉除了做仰臥起坐外,還有一些使用腹部的運動可是因為我腹部沒什麼力量,所以總是不由自主的用脖子在撐著隔天脖子都會拉傷...請問要怎麼避免使用脖子出力呢?
