請問自己在家做瑜珈運動什麼時間對身體較好?我想在早餐後,因為我沒吃早餐就不想動,但不知吃飽後就做瑜珈是否不適合?順便請問,彼拉提斯的施作時間點也和瑜珈一樣嗎?
