小弟176公分67公斤,練胸肌仰舉150磅每週做二天每次做7~10組,第一組做約13~15下之後遞減,練了很長一段時間了,也秉持肌肉生長原則"破壞、修復、生長"三項,但胸肌就是長不大,本身體脂訪約8%有補充高蛋白營養,該吃的食物也吃了,也少吃油炸,還是不見起色,想請問長久健身的專家,是否��
