做重量訓練之後卻一直發胖 - 重訓

我是練跆拳道的,為了比賽我增加重量訓練進去,我之前就有在做重量訓練了,但為了明年的全大運,我從半年前就開始增加訓練量重訓的,但奇怪的事情發生了,我半年來發胖了10公斤........卻都只胖在屁股跟大腿........讓我非常苦惱,還特地去醫院檢查是不是什麼病變造成的,但卻沒有發現任何異狀,我到底該怎�
