受夠了水桶身材受夠了穿衣不搭想朝著百搭身材邁進於是一個月前加入了健身房並開始了減重計畫立誓要把體脂肪25%的身形給砍掉重練!但..一個月後體重維持不變..身材也差不多..究竟是我自身重訓方法錯誤還是飲食錯誤?可能是因為我都在晚上5~7這段時間做運動做完之後立馬吃飯所以沒用(吃完約八點半)
