我先提出我的時間問題:我只有禮拜一三五有空可以健身所以搭配練一休一的話,我就是用一三五的時間練我平常是練划船機3組→史密斯5組→啞鈴的二頭肌5組→啞鈴的大頭肌5組+另一種姿勢3組→腹肌重訓5組+仰臥起坐2組我每次這樣練完之後,差不多也過了3個小時全身也沒剩多少體力但是最近有專業人
