我加入健身房已經半年多了,但做重量訓練時,常做不久就覺得累了,感覺沒什麼進步......覺得自己肌耐力好像不夠。我都一個部位,做約12~13下共6組,重量是自己覺得有點重,但到第4組左右時就開始覺得酸了,做不太下去,很吃力的感覺,要休息一小段時間才能繼續做。因為我都是會先上完運動課程,才用剩餘的��
