自從生到國中三年級後,課業變得很繁忙,補習的時間也加長了!!!機都一整天屁股都坐在椅子上,然後吃東西,念書...很少起來走動我聽朋友說一直坐著屁股會變大,是真的嗎?!每次念完書肚子都很餓,很想吃東西,每次一吃就是一大碗公或一大盤現在發現有小小的泳圈了!!!還有袖子!!!怎麼辦-----Q1:一直坐著屁股��
