我目前是個大學生身高172體重60每個禮拜至少運動3天每次至少3小時也會固定做重訓但是身材看起來還是很瘦一直被家人罵也找過知識+但是那些情形好像跟我不太一樣因為我之前高中時並沒有那麼瘦所以應該體質不是完全的因素而目前生活作息我也盡量正常三餐照常有時還會吃宵夜和點心但是體重卻一��
