如題~最近因為胖到同事都說話了,所以開始想用比較正常健康的方式瘦身!希望有經驗的網友給我一些意見!我的三餐都蠻正常再進食的,早餐都是到了公司再吃,中餐跟同事外食,晚餐回家吃,加上我幾乎沒什麼特別忌口,只是不會暴飲暴食就對了!工作性質的關係常坐著,不知不覺脂肪都囤積再腹部、
