因為一開始是肥胖~但現在瘦了下了..可是肚子變好軟現在每天持續有在做運動(仰臥起坐伏地挺身)~但是目前是有一些線條~"~可是肚子、手臂都是軟軟的..有沒有用力都沒什麼差@@有沒有什麼不用健身器材~而增強肌肉硬度的方法??...Showmore
