我很瘦!!!170/56左右22歲了身材卻跟國中生一樣但是平時有在做伏地挺身的習慣大概做4次一次大約30下中間都會休息1~2分鐘不過爬了不少文想要練出健壯的體格必須要有器材的輔助於是買了一支25磅的組合啞鈴過幾天會再補一支吧(想練胸部)我拿25磅對我很吃力(啞鈴彎舉極限大約連續6下)想請問各位有在健��
