小弟我169cm.....63kg請問各位大大以下問題~1.拉單槓的換氣順序是?(因為拉單槓要很用力...用力自然就會一直吐氣......我抓不到吸氣的時間==)2.拉單槓正握該如何練起?(我反握ok.....但正握一下也拉不上去==)3.伏地挺身的換氣順序?(不知何時該吸氣.....我都全程吐氣==)4.伏地挺身雙手向前跟雙手向內練的部位是..
