小弟目前:172CM71KG腰圍:92CM(量肚臍)目前規畫:兩個月的時間瘦身+健身目前有的工具:一組(兩個)20磅的啞鈴,一個健身用的仰臥起坐板(有弧度的那種)身材目前沒有明顯肌肉,手臂較細,肚子最大(還有兩側的肉)如果兩個月內,目標減重五公斤,如果可以的話想要把肚子練縮進去不知各位高手有何建議,可幫
