我算是吃不胖的類型健身室位了運動和讓衣服穿起來挺一點目前最大的困難就是吃不˙胖胸部這邊幾乎沒啥肉大概只有外胸肌有稍微練出一丁點吧內胸肌和上胸肌完全沒進展有什麼方法讓內胸肌和上胸肌比教練的到的方法還有我盡量不讓手臂變粗所以很少用伏地挺身的方式手臂太粗感覺會很奇怪因為胸��
