以前生活作息日夜大顛倒,常常兩三點睡,中午一兩點起床,而且要睡滿12小時才有精神現在都盡量在晚上11.12點睡,7.8點起床請問是早上一睡醒吃個東西去跑步運動好,還是晚上睡前大概10.11點去運動好呢?可是吃完東西跑步跑一下肚子就痛==本身很瘦,是否3餐正常進食就會胖呢?還有重訓完建議是讓肌肉休息至��
