健身一段時間成果???之前我有健身一段時間就是伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐後來有小練出來不過我發現有點失敗就是胸肌看的出來腹肌看的出來但是胸部下方的四塊腹肌特別突出感覺很像是贅肉....................而四塊腹肌下方卻沒有很好看這是因為我四塊腹肌上的脂肪過多嘛??是不是應該慢跑減掉??另外想請問�
