我想請問對健身有研究的人:我現年二十五歲身高一七八體重七十七公斤.我的目標是減重到七十三公斤;我希望同時能擁有明顯的肌肉線條尤其是在小腹部位.我現在飲食均衡,澱粉.蔬菜.五穀.蛋白質都有在攝取,熱量則是控制在兩千卡之下.一週我健身三到六次.目前我的計畫是把重量訓練分成四個組---腿,肩�
