我想請問我是再做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐這兩樣家裡坐但是沒進步好久了從伏地挺身我記得我一開始是第一組全力作剛開始練進不很快後來就停滯於是我再換方法變成組次平均例如我一開始作全力40下二三四組都越作越少下組次中間休息一分鐘後來改變方法一組20二組20三組10下以下或以上的確照別人的方��
