小弟今年32歲身高176體重71最近開始健身一開始用6公斤的啞鈴只做上臂彎舉跟上舉的動作一周3次每次1.5小時做了一個月之後改成8.5公斤可是作了第一次之後手肘內側就開始疼痛去看中醫醫生說是傷到筋膜~~想請問有健身經驗的人~健身初學者每週的訓練的課表應如何分配?所謂的大重量超負荷或者是力竭是
